OB Storm pics!
Today me and my buddy Matt Lingo went to go shoot some shit at the Ocean Beach skatepark. Matt is going on tour with the DC bmx team in the near future, he hasn't shot much BMX shit so he asked me to help him out. I haven't got to shred OB for about a week, so I was feeling a bit sketch. After I limbered up to take down a few Gazelle's we got a some shots just before a crazy hurricane rolled in. Peep more of Matt's work HERE &&& HERE!

Old Photo
Back in the day I used to be really good at barspins, im not bad at them now but def used to be alot better at em. Here is a photo of myself, 15, no hair, no job and on an Ebco. coup d'etat frame. That summer of my life I left home/food to sleep on some friends floors and ride all day, every day. The good ol' days! Photo by Adam Perez

The Eric Wright Flip
Im not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to flat land but shit, this stuff is down right amazing. Here is an inland empire buddy of mine by the name of Eric Wright bustin' a bunny hop bike flip, so NUTS! Not only is Eric prob one of the best flatlanders I have ever got to witness with my own eyes, but this dude is TALL! Shit, I swear his ass should be playing basketball. Just thought I'd give this dude some love.. he had better be riding for someone! This vid doesn't show a hop bike flip but it still pretty crazy!

I got a new shirt design in the works feat. the man above(King Diamond) It might be pretty similar to the pic about but regardless its going to kick major back side. Here is the King and Mercyful Fate covering the Judas Priest track "The Ripper" Kim Bendix Petersen aka K.Diamond really kicks Rob Halfords ass on the vocals!

Cameron Birdwell
Cameron Birdwell is a name that a lot of younger riders today may not be familiar with, for me it just stands out as one kick ass dude. Been a big fan of this guy for many years now. Shit I would come home everyday from school and the first thing I would see hanging on my wall was the epic one handed X-Up wall ride. If I still had a copy of that issue that shit, it would be framed up on my wall... Now that im thinking about it, thats one piece of BMX culture that im going to come up on. I'll find a copy of this pic or maybe even hit up Fudger at Ride mag for that classic issue, when I swoop that thing I'll be sure to throw it up on the blog. Here is a pretty recent edit of the Legend. Enjoy it.. its dialed, "FRESH INK"!

armWRENCH!
Met up with my boy Arrash Saidi or also know as "Armwrech" anyway, always a good time kickin it with this good ol' dude. Arrash foot is all jacked up for the time being so no riding has been going down with Mr. Saidi but while out and about doing the bar hop thing we did see some nerd all bloody, jacked up and pinned to the ground by some bouncers. I think sometime in the near future we shall hit Huntington Beach instead of PB.. Here is a vid of Armwrech killin it. check it, BOOM! -vince

"that things up to my chin, 5'9" right there"
My favorite thing about this cute little web video is what Nasty Dawg has to say about it,"that things up to my chin, 5'9" right there, five nine bunnyhop". Anyway, if you havent seen this then whozz a nerd!

Def Paul
This evening I'm chilling at home doing the regular shit, watching some basketball, hanging with the dogs, admiring my bike because my ribs are jacked and cant ride yet &&& also lurking the internet. I open my browser and it goes straight to The Come Up since its my home page, I notice that it says "Def Paul off Redline." I was immediately caught off guard! Me and Paul have been good pals for quite awhile and he has been one of my favorite riders for the longest time. In all honesty that is how these corporate brands work, they either kick you off or you leave over bad treatment. I'm not sure what the circumstances are here but I do know that Paul shreds hard and deserves a lot more than what they were doing for him! Did I mention that Paul was sitting right with me at a party when some fool pulled a gun because someone said I stole a katana sword off the wall! -Vince
F*** you A**hole!
The original Terminator is one of the all time great action/scifi movies of all time and its on my top ten favorite list. I'm actually a fan of the whole movie series and was SO stoked on the way the new one (Terminator Salvation) came out. I have heard rumors that Christian Bale wont be playing the roll of John Connor. I guess its just rumors but It really pissed me off when actors are not casted in the sequels to the movies they were in. I guess we will have to wait and see. Anyway, this is the funniest scene in the original film. "Hey buddy, got a dead cat in there or what"
